While taking part in a marathon can be a fun and challenging experience, many people are put off for fear of something going wrong. It is naturally that you will sweat plenty while running a marathon, which can easily lead to dehydration. Make sure that you drink plenty of water before the race starts and carry a bottle of water with you so that you can take small sips whenever you need to without having to stop for too long.
This hazard can be easily avoided with proper training and warming up before the race. Make sure you allow at least fifteen minutes before the race starts to stretch all of the muscles in your body to reduce the risk that they will cramp while running.
